Does anyone have a good theory to why Ralph wont go after Godwinson? He reee's and attacks everyone else that even slightly criticises him. Is it out of fear?

I would say his obsession with all things British, but he was more than willing to go after Sargon. Maybe he respects Godwinson? Perhaps he's actually a fan of his? Maybe he wants him to peg him with the dildo? It's just one of life's mysteries, but he clearly is unwilling to go after him in the same manner as he does others.

Edit - Maybe it's the whole baron aristocracy thing, that he thinks Godwinson is his social better
