I recall reading a fanfiction where Wendy and Cartman were step siblings. Read the spoiler because it’s pretty long at THIRTY EIGHT MOTHERFUCKIN’ CHAPTERS.
First off, Wendy’s dad remarries because her mom died, turns out his new wife is the town bicycle, and so Cartman and Wendy become step siblings, surprise.
Next, we learn that apparently he doesn’t shower at skeeeewl because he’s got a secret.
Then, of course, someone decides to find out, and who else but Kenny McCormick? Because it turns out, DUN DUN DUN, Cartman’s a FEMALE. Kenny even... pokes the vag... of his best friend (It’s fucking gross).
So Kenny decides to help him hide the secret in exchange for fifty dollars every day.
Anyways shit happens and Wendy comes home to see her stepbrother put on a maxi pad, because apparently he got his first period (for fucking real and I’m currently resisting the urge to off myself.).
Anyways more shit happens and Kenny gets rapey and forces his BFF to blow him or something (Honestly, what the fuck?), cut to Cartman washing out his mouth.
Anyways, we didn’t forget Stan and Kyle, don’t worry. For some reason Stan realizes that Kenny, Wendy, and Cartman are holding a secret and he becomes the biggest dick he could be, thinking Cartman’s sleeping with Wendy (Does he not know they’re step siblings?). Kyle is fucking RIPPED and Cartman may or may not have a crush on him.
More shit hits the fan as Kenny gets even more rapey and predatory and one time in the fic, RAPES HIS FUCKING BEST FRIEND. THE FUCK?!
Anyways, just as you thought it couldn’t get worse, Mr. Testaburger decides it’s a good day to drug and proceed to rape his stepchild because he thinks she/he is a better lay than his own fucking wife, and may or may not have impregnated his stepchild.
Oh, another thing. Liane is just as fucking bad because this fucking bitch had a stilborn boy, OH WELL BETTER TREAT MY SECOND CHILD LIKE A BOY EVEN THOUGH HE’S A SHE WHOOPIE! That and she literally just let her husband rape her child (humanity is fucked), and constantly denies both times where he gets raped and SHE JUST BRUSHES IT OFF. And she fuckin’ punishes her child for saying she’s a girl and literally all evidence points to it but she’s like nah I’m gonna force her to be a boy.
Remember Rebecca Cotswolds? The whore from Hooked on Monkey Phonics? She’s back and clings to Kyle like a flea on a rat. She’s doing this because Kenny slipped her the fact that Cartman’s gots the hots for her crush. So she goes apeshit on him one day just so she keeps Kyle to herself, eventually Kyle learns of this and more shit goes on.
Kenny spills the beans to Stan one day because he’s an irredeemable son of a bitch and Stan’s even more of a douche and more shit happens and everyone knows.
And boy oh boy a lot of things happen, so Bebe decides to house Cartman and more things happen because he’s dressing up as a girl, and then somewhere along the way the girl...boy...whatever gets fucking liposuction, Liane’s having a mental breakdown, Mr. Testaburger and Kenny get imprisoned, Cartman wasn’t really pregnant, decides to live the rest of ...their life as a girl, kissed Kyle and got over the crush, and everything’s happy and sunshine and rainbows, and Wendy rejects Stan for replacing her with Nichole, and Kenny’s still in prison. Or something.
Cartman’s a tranny and gets raped twice in the same day by his best friend and his stepfather, Wendy and Bebe support him and Liane is a piece of shit. It’s...something. While it doesn’t fetishize rape or anything, I just found it pretty fucking weird and gross.

Compared to some of the other horrors that have been posted such as the human centipede fanfic i found, the harry potter necrophilia and draco getting skullfucked by his dad fics, the disturbing amount of jojo fanfics, this one is tame in comparison and it made me laugh with how dumb it is.

I'm more confused at trying to figure out what would make some man (or woman - this is AO3 after all) decide to write something like this. I presume that autism is a likely reason though.
Also the fact that this is also a sequel to something else, that's probably similarly autistic.
Sometimes you just HAVE to admire the determination of some people. Even if said determination is used to write Taxi Driver/Joker fanfics.
The fact that the writer insists that they wrote this because of a lack of Sundowner porn is certainly interesting - but why you'd want Sundowner porn in the first place is another question.
We're all sure that these are totally acceptable for general audiences, and totally not the writer's thinly veiled fetish.
Side note: Why in god's name is there so much pedo shit when it comes to Mother fanfics?
