The thing is you can easily figure out breadtube politics 101, and then make videos about "x thing is bad when we interpret it through a progressive lens" . At least with supernatural videos you can always find new cryptids, conspiracies, and junk tech to try out, also you can find places with spooky stories and dial up some local "medium" to check the place out with you, and do the whole cameras at night setup, just think of it this way, would you rather go UFO hunting with these guys or go to a DSA meeting where you know there is going to be people like Vaush?

Amongst Cryptids bigfoot is the lowest hanging fruit so it makes perfect sense that greg would make a video of him. It's probably the best way for greg to dip his toe in the conspiracy/cryptid comunity since he can always pivot back to mocking bigfoot researches, a job so easy quinton did it, if his fanbase starts to ditch him.
