I wouldn't have even given Ralph a deadline. I would have just called the police if it's truly something that will send him back to jail.

My guess is that he either blackmailed her somehow (unlikely) or that he received underage pictures from her (more likely since she already had them from sending them to Chris).
At the same time, the sandals tweet seems to be the only clue he's giving Ralph so I don't know. It seems to be something serious to make Mr Vickers so sure that it's a threat. Hopefully he's right.
