That last post is just wow, she's a dumbass level.

While there are some states that have allowances for a year or two difference in age for the relationship to still be legal under certain conditions, none which I'm aware have a limit of more than 2 year age difference. I could be wrong, haven't read up on it lately, but that statement sounds like a really stupid thing to say without citing the law on it.

Sure, a 16 year old can consent to sex with anyone 18 years or older, but it is still considered pedophilia due to them not legally being considered an adult by United States Law until they are 18 years old. Their parents, should they discover their minor has had sexual interaction with an adult, can easily press charges. Have a friend with an ex who had consensual sex with a 14 year old when he was 18/19 and he got tossed in the slammer when the parents found out.

Because it's still illegal, regardless of consent, you wet noodle.

I believe there's something stating it's not illegal if the couple had been dating since highschool and one graduated before the other. I'm not sure what it is or what states it applies to, but I've heard it brought up before. If anyone could confirm it that'd be great.

I've explained it to Kayla before, but those age of consent laws don't apply at all for her. Even if the two people were married what she did was illegal.

I was thinking something similar while I was out just now. She doesn't like us using her birth name because she's trans, but I don't think she is (this is the second time I've made a comment like this today. I'm such a trans-shamer). Big, shocking surprise, I know. She's made no effort to actually transition. She doesn't wear mens clothing (you could argue she dresses gender neutral because a lot of men's styles can be pulled off by both sexes, but there are still some styles that are distinctly male). Her porn is of her wearing women's lingerie. She has never talked about going on hormones or anything along those lines. She hasn't come out as such to her family and she seems to make no effort to pass as her desired gender.

Kayla (because I know you still read this thing), if you actually are trans (and I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here which I shouldn't given the amount of times you've lied in the past four days) and you do want to transition...you're going to find that people misgendering you is going to be the least of your problems.
