This is another one of those cases where I wonder why you can't just get her sent to a psychiatric hospital or something of the sort. She's clearly fucked up mentally, but of course, she's probably not a "threat" to others, so no one can get her institutionalized, right? It's just sad to think of how many other cases like this are out there, not just in the US.
