Somewhat unfortunate scheduling. For JYS. The weapons charge pre sentence report is to be dealt with on 21 September which will result in one of the following:
conviction/criminal record/community work/bond/fine/undertaking. The assault hearing when finally decided will have a current “violence” sentence to be considered in the context of this assault charge. Smarter move is to roll everything up, get a single concurrent disposition to deal with all matters.

Pure speculation from a thought that crossed my feeble mind.

A Psych report that generally said, "Mostly normal. Felt threatened, so bought non-lethal weapon" would be a fairly quick report to read, and not one that would require substantial extra time from the justice.

My other thought would be, "paranoid and delusional " would require little extra time to read, but some judicial research on precautionary sentencing practices and rehabilitation.

A report that showed paranoid, delusional, and factors which put public at risk, then I wonder what happens..

I mean I did learn a lot about JY originally from people in the building talking about "that online form dedicated to him" so I know I'm not the only person from the building in here.

As far as stories with me and him stuck on the elevator he smells terrible but more like BO. I had a cast on as a kid and when it got removed is like how he smells. I think he doesn't clean out his fat rolls. I honestly try to avoid sharing the elevator with him so it is entirely possible he shits himself and walks around like that.

Whenever I think about this pysche report thing I tell myself "god what is the point it would be so easy just to pretend to be sane for a few minutes why even bother."

Then I remember that this is easy for ME to say, as I actually AM (per most accounts) sane.

Should be interesting indeed if it ever sees the light of day......
