Genuine question because during that saga I wasn't paying attention to anyone commenting on his current nonsense, did people believe it to be real, the whole seizure and memory loss thing? I assumed it was widely accepted to be bullshit but again, I wasn't paying much attention to anyone commenting on it.

Exactly this. Almost every woman/girl whom Greg has "broken up with" is immediately a target of his autistic rage. The fact that he hasn't sperged at Lainey says one of 2 things:
1: She hasn't left.
2: She has left, but she's managed to make credible legal threats that have since prevented him from sperging at her directly.

Even if she did leave, I don't think she'd ever make legal threats against him. That would imply she has a spine and can stand up for herself. We all know she's a doormat.
