I haven't seen many episodes of the previous reboot but what little I saw was consistently bad, why are they so keen on yet another attempt?
Also whats with this resentment towards crime fighting? Whats the point of PPG without the action?

The Dexter's Laboratory reboot, even though it was only a few years after the original, sucked as well from what I remember.

It's kind of a shame but it seems like Cartoon Network shows should be left well enough alone after they end.

I blame BenTheLooney and his kin for making them reboot things. He spent the entire Cartoon Network rebirth period whining over how 90s cartoons should come back because Adventure Time and Regular Show bad.

In saying this though, I feel like only the Power Puff Girls have come out extremely bad. Samurai Jack season 5 was a mixed bag, but I cannot deny that the first 3 episodes are greatest of all-time material. Adventure Time seems to still be going strong on HBO Max and credit where credit is due, Ben 10’s reboot is far from god-awful. A little bland, but they at least have the spirit there.

I have no idea what is wrong with the Power Puff Girls though. They should be the easiest franchise to translate into a modern era, yet they can never get it right, outside of maybe Z (have not seen it). Dance Pants was a special that was just okay, not offensive in any way. The reboot failed as it could never create an identity. It tried to be both the original and Teen Titans Go. It also was not allowed to be violent because censors. Add in some SJW writers infiltrating production along with a pedo, and everything went wrong. If they are going to bring back PPG, I feel they have three options:
1. Bring it back to the original style completely

2. Make it a super hero narrative. Have over-arching plots like the DC shows and lead ups to big villains. It sounds stupid, but this style already worked for Scooby Doo, so why not make PPG a more serious action series.

3. Bringing it to Adult Swim. Unrestrict it from censors and make something more akin to Panty and Stocking, seeing as PSG was basically edgy PPG. Allow the girls to cuss and be violent, just remove a majority of the sexual parts of PSG, and it could be downright hilarious.

I honestly don't understand why they can't just do reruns. Before the 2000s, reruns were common as fuck and are the reason why kids in the 90s were still fond or familiar with Inspector fucking Gadget or even Beverly Hillbillies. Hell CN got to where it is by rerunning Looney Tunes and Hanna Barbera shit and treating it as new content alongside actual new content before tossing it all to Boomerang.

Live action Powerpuff Girls? I find myself picturing a female version of the late Frank Sidebottom.

Or if you move them to adult swim and wanna add in pas style sex jokes at least age the girls up to be adults like this CW show seems to be atempting, that could in theory work provided they don't go the big mouth route and do that while the girls are still underaged

Or if you move it to adult swim and make it an adult cartoon and throw in the sex jokes at least have the decency to age them up to adults the way this CW show seems to be intending on doing. Don't for the love of God don't go the big mouth route and try to shoehorn in jokes about the ppgs going through puberty after the debacle that was the reboot
It's not a shrine, also you think (I'm assuming its Night Begins To Shine Raven) was Zone!?!.......dude if Zone had a figure then people would flip out
The skull on the head threw me off and made me think of zone
