This willful ignorance of why deadly force is used never stops being frustrating. They didn't 'execute' him because he was a rapist pedo and they were slighted that he wasn't following commands, they shot him because he was blatantly disregarding commands and going somewhere he could've retrieved a weapon. Somewhere where the last time he was busted with a weapon, he had actually stashed it. It's not a stretch to say the officers knew his background especially if he had a warrant out and panicked thinking that's exactly what he was going to do.
