Lawsuits are expensive. Additionally, Vickers would have to provide some explanation of standing or harm to him and that would be tough. And that's just first round stuff.

I don't want to sounds too jewish here, but you guys keep bringing up his 50k like that is some huge amount. 50 thousand dollars in the grand scheme of things isn't worth suing over. And it's certainly not enough to get into a relationship for to try and swindle that way, unless you're full retard.

$50k is a lot of money. But I agree it's retarded to fuck a diseased ham planet like Ralph for the mere hope of some of that $50k. Might as well just become a professional prostitute or start and onlyfans if you want to be this dumb.

This reminds me of all the arguments I was having last month with people that earning $1k a week before taxes doesn't make you an uber-rich chad. $50k is a good bit of savings to be sure, but that could easily be eaten up in just a few months of a legal battle.

Even if you win a case against the guy, the court doesn't just give you the money. They might do a wage garnishment (he doesn't have wages to garnish) and you'd have to pay even more money to a debt collector to try and get him to pay it off. He's been dodging student loan collections for years, it wouldn't be anything he hasn't dealt with before. They can't even put a lien on his house because he lost it due to defaulting on his mortgage.

Who knows if Ade even saw his actual bank account and he didn't just do the good ol' Indian Tech Support "inspect element" trick on his laptop. He lies about everything, why not that?

Not really.

In almost every case, bipolar disorder is only a mitigating factor as a defense and even then only for sentencing. It doesn't remove your ability to determine right and wrong and so it doesn't do much for helping you fight against a criminal charge, as in it doesn't help you in an affirmative defense. In this case, however, lacking any diagnosis her father going to the police doesn't do much as he's not the victim. You'd have to prove she was suffering from a mental illness that reduced her mental faculties, and that she was incapable of making a decision.

What could happen, though, is that since she was in the psych ward when the recording was released, any consent given after the fact would be immaterial. To put it another way, if you had sex with a passed out woman because she's drunk but she gave consent when she was sober afterwards, if she turned around later and said she was raped she'd be technically telling the truth and the law would very likely be behind her, even with consent given after the entire incident.
 
Certainly 50k is a good savings, I just keep seeing people post about it like it's some treasure they will get if Ralph is taken down. And it's also not any kind of life changing "never work again" money. That's more what I was trying to say.
