Is there a high res pic of her body? Obviously I’ve seen images but nothing clear enough to really see in detail. With a clear enough image I can probably tell if that’s really the case. If it was really a result of drug injection you would expect to see those marks isolated around a few key areas, typically the crook of the arm, the forearm, and/or the hand (in rough order of probability).

The dental degradation does not necessarily become dramatic immediately regardless of the route of administration, so it depends on how long she’s been at it.
