Because he's vandalizing things, or ruining personal relationships with people over a period of time (like months). Chris is extremely bland and inoffensive until you're making personal relationships with him. You can't meet the criteria for Chris to get banned in a bar.

Basically, Chris is very easy going and passive in bar conditions. He's almost cordial in those conditions.

But if Chris is taken to one side or outside, I can't see him handling it well. He would not behave or accept he is wrong, he will react badly. I agree he won't throw fists, but remember that when staff approached him at Gamestop to tell him kindly that he isn't allowed in, his hand twitched for the mace. I think he'd probably resist being taken outside and began shouting. He would find some way of escalating the situation.

Oh, I was talking about a patron just genuinely wanting to have a conversation with Chris and trying to hear what he said.

I found it hard to keep reading. Damnit Chris-chan reading the first handful of sentences of a wikipedia article or a post on some LGBT persons Tumblr is not enough to consider yourself educated on anything. Also I'm loving how he's trying to attract lesbians while completely disregarding his "growth". It's like if it doesn't matter to him it shouldn't matter to anyone. Well there was the Wal-Mart McD's with the attraction sign where I think he got twist tied by security and the other time he posted that pic of the McDonald's manager who was "giving him a hard time". So in short, yeah he has even gotten into it with the clown.
 
I'm guessing the people at Impulse would just consider his Attraction Cards™ as an oddity and just laugh at it.

Strip away the new-fangled girly clothes and Buffalo Bill hair, and we're still left with the same old "Hey, ladies, gimme some of that!" Chris. Though it's comical how he clings to the tribbing thing, as if that's the only Lesbian sex act possible.
