He thinks age of consent is bullshit he wants to basically remove it and only ban having sex with anyone before they have their puberty (which is usually 14, but can change according to Boxy). So he doesn't really have an age of consent definition because it is libtard feminism speak. The only thing he has outright banned, based on his words, is fucking babies which isn't really much of anything.

We've already gone in circles on what he thinks about age of consent for 200 or so pages at this point.

The problem here is.
In order for this to work, you need to have the older individual that are self aware of how much harm they might to do the younger partner and act accordingly as to not cause them harm.

Now how many older partners actually care about the growth and mental wellness of the minor,

And how many just want to use the minor as a piece of meat and throw away when the minor is broken and move on to the next victim partner?

You know the answer.

This isnt gonna work. Humans exploit the shit out of each other when given the chance.

According to Wikipedia, it was an employee of one of the local TV stations that tipped the victim's dad (Gary Plauché) off wrt this scumbag's transportation (though it was originally thought that the cops tipped him off).

For once, the justice system worked: a 7 year suspended sentence, 5 years probation and 300 hours community service. Whilst some might say this was still too harsh, I think the judge knew exactly what they were doing within the constraints of the law. The fact that Gary was never incarcerated seems to line up with this logic i.e. the judge probably knew that there was zero chance of Gary breaching his probation, ergo Gary was a free man who just had to spend his spare weekends for a couple of years picking up trash by the side of the road or whatever it is that community service entails.
