The fact he's in his mid-thirties and looks like that is shocking. He looks a good 8-10 years older than he is.
I mean the fuck do you start. His head looks like a ballsack without his graying hair, it's got no shape to it and droops.

I agree. He certainly isn't bipolar, and I doubt he's borderline. I'm by no means an expert on the subject, but I know several people with both and Ralph doesn't show any of the more severe issues that any of them do. The only dead ringer I can really find in the guy is how viciously he swings out at people when he thinks they're abandoning him, but seeing how he handled zidan leaving he's at least proven that it isn't unconditional. Generally speaking, his behavior can be pretty easily described as that of a brutal alcoholic and/or drug addict. I genuinely wish he was able to overcome his issues because they're at the core everything that he does to earn contempt, and his white trash upbringing suggests that he never really had a shot in the first place.
That all said, him being a moron makes me laugh so in the end it's sort of a wash.
I don't think Ralph has any personality disorders, I don't even think he's a sociopath - although not being on the brunt of his behaviour, maybe I'm wrong on that - I say this no based on any expertise, but I've had the unfortunate experience of living with a bunch of people with BPD and knew a few sociopaths.
In his case, his behaviour seems to be primarily a product of his environment.
First, he's an addict. Addicts, even if they used to be good people, generally become self-serving bastards as a result of their problem. In terms of Ralph, his drinking has a clear effect on his ability to manage his anger. I would also suggest it has stunted his ability to keep fit and mature emotionally.
Secondly, from what I can gather Ralph's financial situation is basically shit. His mom's house has a lean on it. His only source of income is his only shot, he's destroyed his reputation so he'll never get a professional job. He's too unfit to get a more hands on job that pays well. I can only imagine the stress this brings him constantly, and yet his fragile ego has to make out he's a success and not a slow motion trainwreck. No wonder he can't take criticism or light mockery well.
I don't predict anything good for Ralph, he'll ride his last few autistic - because that's what they are - paypiggies into the ground and when that comes to an end... Well I think Ralph either turns his life around or brings it to an end. That's the sad reality, he's burnt every bridge in order to maintain his easy supply of money and enablers and he's going to realise it was the worst move he could have made.
