So here tom is saying his "junk got mutilated".

Here is the fact of the matter. He had undescended testes. His current claim of an intersex condition is that he was born with female parts and a long clitoris. He says that his doctor measured his clitoris and that because it was too long, the doctor decided he was male. So they did surgery on him. He did in fact have surgery to repair undescended testes, but he says that the surgery turned his ovaries into testicles. This surgery that helped him was "mutilation".

This isn't the first lie he has told about being intersex. In the past he said he was a DES baby. If you don't know what DES is, its a medication pregnant women would get to deal with miscarriages and other estrogen-related conditions. Read about it here. A side-effect of its use was intersex conditions. The problem with tom's claim here is that he doesnt even know if his mom received DES.

There is also the Harry Benjamin Syndrome claim. He seems to have dropped that one for now. Harry Benjamin Syndrome deals with the brain and sexuality.

Tom seems to REALLY, REALLY want to be intersex because it would validate him claiming to be a tranny. Then he can feel more confident when he says a lot of the things he says about being female. He's an idiot though.
