All these dumb motherfuckers on Reddit think it’s rape or drugs when a basic amount of research would’ve said it was the rioting charges. I remember seeing the police say they were involving the FBI to assist in their investigation. While the Scottsdale PD were pussies in their response to the looting, the city is a suburb and is mostly white conservative people so there is a great deal of pressure to bring rioters to justice. They’ve already arrested 47 people from what I can see.

Y'know I never thought about that but now that you say it...kinda makes sense that a TMNT character would be inspired by the TDKR Mutant Leader, since Eadtman and Laird were heavily influenced by Miller's work (though I think they usually mention his Daredevil run).
