Here's the issue with sovereign citizens:
1-They think ANY contract with the state is inherently evil, and even want to rescind their own birth certificates. So they vehemently refuse to get things like a Driver Licence.
2-They believe that the part of the constitution that says "traveling" is a right that shouldn't be breached also means ALL FORMS of "traveling" should be free and with no restriction and ANY law limiting how to travel is an infringement.
So in other words. They think traffic laws are unconstitutional and refuse to get drivers licences but still buy and use cars. And are literally offended by and combative towards both traffic cops and signals.
This does indeed make following the law quite hard for them. And results in astonishing levels of spergery. They are fucking looneys.
Not to mention they frequently cite the Articles of Confederation, not understanding (or choosing to ignore) that the Constitution superseded them centuries ago so they no longer apply anywhere. I swear, sovereign citizen compilation videos are some of my favorite things to watch, how they try to wheedle their way out of a speeding ticket and end up making the situation ten times worse.
More on topic, semper fi to whoever leaked the bodycam footage. They're risking a lot, but now that genie's out of the bottle and there's nothing Keith Ellison or some activist judge can do about it, especially after Tucker showed it to an audience of millions. It blew the entire narrative open and showed that the cops were at least somewhat justified in their actions (and I'd personally say wholly justified). Millions of dollars in property damage, police departments abolished, all in the name of St. George of Overdose. Great job, idiots.
That's the one common thread in all these "racially-motivated killings." They take a standard police encounter that happens to end in a black guy dying, frame it in the worst possible light, and do their best to hide the full context of the death. If there were any truth to their accusations, then there should be no problem with showing the full video of the encounter. This should be a takeaway for anyone following this: if the powers that be refuse to let you see or talk about something that might go against their narrative, it's almost a guarantee they're lying to you. The next time something like St. George happens (and it will), you should be
immediately skeptical of the narrative they're telling you, because it's very likely a lie.
