This was a statement delivered by the Police Chief of Richmond, VA on May 31st, after rioters had intentionally set fire to a home with a child inside of it. The rioters used vehicles to block firefighters from reaching the home, although they didn't succeed and the family managed to make it out alive. I tend to have a pretty good memory but I have no fucking recollection of this story at all.

Apparently major news sources hardly even covered this story, it's all local news, and even then just barely, with Snopes shoved way up to the top of the list, trying to do its usual snake-tongued horseshit and calling it "unproven." It's actually very creepy that something like this could happen and every single outlet just more or less ignores the story and spends the next two months calling them peaceful protests.

I swear I'm not trying to catch it in the middle of a transition effect. That last one is the fully formed image, he looks like Skeletor during the transition.

Recalling the whole "there's no such thing as holograms" discussion we had earlier--it's kind of hard to see, but it looks like it's being projected onto a nearly transparent screen, you can see the edges in the first pic.

Edit: in the spirit of this shitty memorial, I'm not going to put the effort to crop it into a nice loop, just dumping a raw cut from the video. Complete with idiots blocking the feed at the start, and the projection itself at the end.

Don't be surprised at all. These new outlets know what they're doing. All they care about is pushing their agenda onto society, as the past have shown they can care less about victims of their actions.

I was only passively listening, because I was working on stuff, so now that I think about it, it was either Colarado or Arizona he was from and saying that he was travelling to one or the other in the next few days because there was stuff planned for there.
But it was definitely those two states mentioned.

He didn't say riot though. He just said something planned. I don't remember what the time was, or I'd go back and check.

...I think they're ultimately going to win, they have pushed so far with so little pushback; Either the demoralization is so strong that Biden wins or they just maintain the intensity of this into 2024.

If you assume blacks are 13% of the population qualified to do whatever Barr's entourage does, the odds of 10 randomly selected people not having even one black in it is about 25%. Few people are pushing back because there are very few ways to do so without putting your life and the lives of your loved ones in danger. That doesn't mean people aren't sick of democrats shitting everywhere.

Although sounds suspicious, there is still a decent chance there is either 1) unknown/undetected defect in the line or 2) operator error due to distract/improper notice of chance of conditions (which goes alongs with 2), or the like.

Or maybe I have watched too much Mayday, Seconds from Disaster, and the like.

Maybe they could take this on a swing state tour and help galvanize people towards Donald Trump who are sick of hearing about the unfortunate death of a career criminal.

I dunno, the relevant Oregon law states:

No law enforcement agency, as defined in ORS 181A.010, may collect or maintain information about the political, religious or social views, associations or activities of any individual, group, association, organization, corporation, business or partnership unless such information directly relates to an investigation of criminal activities, and there are reasonable grounds to suspect the subject of the information is or may be involved in criminal conduct.

To me, that sounds broad enough to allow recording for the purpose of investigation during a declared riot. Quite frankly it seems like a rather outdated and poorly thought out law since it makes no differentiation between public and private expressions of views.

In any case, it is fucking retarded how people were pushing for body worn cameras on all cops a while a go, but they quickly switch around when it may reveal the bad behavior of their pets. Completely ridiculous.
