Would still love to see proof of this. Saying "his Facebook page" still isn't proof. I don't doubt the person who said it, but a screen grab is nice.

Well god damn, actually doing a job helping others. It does seem that if you remove Fat Amber from your life you start to flourish.. yet if you keep her there... well, you get cancer and die.

and Amber is the type to think that after a few days of Norma being dead & buried, things will go back to 'same old' for Becky. Amber's grief is a drawn out process, no matter what she claims to be grieving. Others in her life with grief? She doesn't grant them that luxury of time - it needs to be all tidied up & over with when she decides she's done with it.

Just lurked it. The pay grades suck (edit: maybe they’re reasonable for Kentucky’s low cost of living?) but the benefits seem good. A great improvement considering the alternative was nothing. I wish him the best.
 
Eric works at Oakwood? Oh dear. Yet another southern Kentucky establishment with a shitty shitty reputation.
 
A residence for developmentally & intellectually challenged adults. It looks like DSP provide the direct care or at least some of it.
 
Oakwood may have changed over the years but what I've heard from people who worked there back in the day, it is full of neglect and abuse. There are a few cases that were made public but most of it, the staff keep quiet about. I knew a person or two that worked there long enough to See Some Things and then quit. I don't know which I hope for, that Eric is happy there and has a decent career ahead of him, or that if he sees something wrong he leaves.

You can clearly see the discoloration on Mendy’s face, seeing a corpse is like viewing the shell of someone.
I couldn’t agree more, as an American - it’s just really, off.

edit: Wine. You DO NOT want to see a corpse, indeed that IS the last time you will see this person, however - again her face is PURPLE. I would never want to remember someone, or have my last memory of a corpse.
 
I guess Eric’s social anxiety has eased enough for him to get off his ass and actually work

I wonder if his excuse to not work was because amber was making enough bank to cover most of the rent and utilities.
 
I know jobs like that around here are very easy to get.
They have ads everywhere practically begging people to come work for them
These places usually require no special skills or licensures or certifications.
Maybe a driver's license to drive the patients to different outings and such.
I don't see him lasting long at all.
He would have been better off working at Bath & Body or somewhere.
Mumbles isn't going to get his hands dirty in shit and piss.
