I have said this before. If the police are abolished then they will be very quickly replaced by

a) Armed and unaccountable Mercenaries for the rich​
b) Armed and unaccountable lynch mobs for the poor​

This is why the people you see screeching for abolition tend to either be rich enough to have zero concern for their own property and welfare, cynical enough to not think for a moment that the police will ever actually be abolished and thus put them at any risk, and/or dumbfuck retarded enough not to know or care about any of this in their eternal quest for clout and asspats

It is just the latest of an endless chain of bad faith unserious demands from these speds that would be absolutely apocalyptically bad if implemented, have universal public opposition to ever being implemented, and are such electoral cyanide that they will never be seriously backed even by the most soulless and craven of politicians, but are nevertheless turned into a bandwagon for every strain of shitbag to jump on to in order to harvest the maximum woke edgelord points without ever actually doing anything

I get you, I think. My ire is because you see this, and appear to not want to admit that if you take Trump out it wouldn't be happening. Trump is the reason this shit is as bad as it is. The people that hate Trump hate him with a blinding rage and they are just fine with burning down the country to get him out of office.

I will say at some point people will have to make their voices heard that this shit needs to stop, it's a goddamn nightmarish scenario that it's gotten to this point. My heart aches for the people who've gotten killed, the businesses that have burnt down, the average "normie" caught in this. But i believe a little bit of suffering now is necessary to prevent much more later.

I respect your opinion if you think I'm wrong, and i would never presume who you are voting for, what your opinions are other than what you have stated. I will say perhaps you could try to understand a little more what is at play now, the forces that are fighting each other. But that's not something i can make you do. Either way, I hope you understand the baldfaced anger has been building for awhile.
 
For all the other destabilizing bullshit the protestors are trying to pull, the worst thing that they’ve done so far is make me root for the federal government.
