Imo. I believe they were implying because of the nature of the inverted dick and troons lack of cleaning it'd be a likely cause. The name thing always sticks out to me. This came up in the Digibro thread too, but there's a thing where these sorts of people define themselves as "This character is me and I am this character." as opposed to "I relate to this character" and/or "I want to be like this character".

When a woman orgasms and you feel that contraction it's both push and pull. Some of the semen will naturally leak out, some will continue to the womb and possibly be shed with the blood and uterine lining if there is no conception later, some will be pushed out, and whatever is left behind if no child is concieved will slowly degrade as the vagina is acidic and self cleans. Surprisingly enough, the female reproductive system isn't actually meant to be hospitable to sperm or even embryos. The whole thing about it being the best place in the body for a baby is a myth.

Ok, so, women *can* get a fistula for a variety of reasons, prolonged or obstructed childbirth, injury during pelvic surgery, infection, inflammation, or radiation treatment in the pelvis or genital area.
But
Fistulas will not generally close up on their own, some rare cases have been noted of the fistula closing up but it usually reopened. fun fact, untreated fistulas have a risk of developing cancer in the tract! Though that's really rare. But sepsis is also something that can occur with fistulas!
As for passing shit? I suppose that depends on the size of the fistula, and the size of the shit, gas probably leaks more frequently and the skin can become irritated but it sounds like this troon thinks women get and heal fistulas on their own?
I mean, even if we did magically do that...you're still not a woman and it still wouldnt heal on it's own, sorry dude.

Honestly, the more I read about the medical side of things, the complications with the sex reassignment surgeries etc, the less I understand those troons. Less than I thought possible. It just blows my mind how they think they're life is enhanced and better by having a gaping hole that can leak literal shit instead of a fully functioning penis. Though - I obviously have no idea how common those fistulas/leakage etc is with neovaginas.
