An even better scenario is he gives the site to Jeffrey for free, and then it turns out some guy secretly paid Lowtax but didn't even tell Jeffrey. Then a few months later that guy can claim he owns the forums and wants input on "major decisions."

This is correct. I can’t even imagine what a mess SA LLC is, because it was never run as a business.

I’ve seen smart people with actual physical small businesses spend months trying to sort out the business, personal, contracts. invoices, debts, assets etc..to make it viable to sell their business or have it assessed for a bank.

The idea that Lowtax will sort out his shit to even make it possible to legitimately “sell” or transfer SA is laughable. Now imagine Lowtax with e-assets, domains, shitty ad contracts, etc...trying to legally sort shit out. It will never happen.

Lowtax will pretend he’s working on selling SA, he will do nothing, just let his free jannies keep the forums running and hope everyone forgets in a few months.

I would love to know what exactly Jeffery offered Lowtax for SA. Does he own a house? Because a goon getting a second mortgage on their house to get their hands on some cash is the only way I can see an actual cash offer being made.

Only grade A morons would make an offer to buy something without having any access to the accounting and balance sheets on said business. I don’t think any top goons in the mod forum could ever come up with real cash offer. But I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and imagine at least two or three could be in a position to re-mortgage a home or cash in their 401k to try and get five figures together to offer.

Jeffrey doesn’t even have an attorney yet to get the ball rolling. As null said he going to have to everything because lowtax won’t lift a finger.

Also, lowtax’ patreon hasn’t dropped much in the last 24 hours. Jeffrey mentioned one of his conditions for buying SA is lowtax has to be 100% divested and can’t make any money off SA. Good luck getting lowtax to shut down his patreon which gives him drug money for doing nothing.

It's so fucking sad when you really break down his life into minute detail and chronological order. It's a tragedy in slow motion.

If you take any single snapshot of his life, it's not great, but not horrific.

1. Divorce: okay that's sad, but there's other fish in the sea
2. Kids hate him: one day maybe he can repair those relationships
3. Makes a substantial amount of money from a website, that is slowly dying: hey maybe he can revitalize the site and make a comeback!
4. Abuse allegations: a little tougher but by no means fatal. There aren't even any charges filed!
5. Another failed marriage: a lot of people have two divorces. Third time's a charm?
6. Drug habit: everyone has private demons to cope with. I'm sure with dedication and counseling he can overcome.

It isn't until all of these things are taken together that you truly realize the absolute, abject failure this man is. It's like he was genetically engineered to be a fuckup.

I love it.
