Missouri doesn't have a gun prohibition on even convicted misdemeanor domestic violence offenders. However, federal law has that covered. Missouri also apparently doesn't have an automatic ban on owning guns for people with pending domestic violence charges or with a restraining order related to domestic violence, although a court could probably impose such a restriction with cause. There probably isn't cause in this case though.

You're probably right but I wouldn't hate to see it get insultingly low. Like, $31/mo. or something like that. Looks like Lowtax is transferring all SA assets to Jeffrey of YOSPOS. I bet this all blows over in a few weeks and SA continues being moderated and thought policed by actual communists and other terrible moderators who ban you for disagreeing with them. Who knows? I'd really enjoy it if Jeff would purge the entire modmin staff and start over with better people, but there are no 'better people' when it comes to goons.

I never interacted with him but I definitely recognized the name, though I didn't realize he'd been banned. And from what I can tell that was before he was discovered to be Lowtax.

Richard's narc rage must be off the charts and I'd honestly be amazed if he doesn't get really drunk and decide to burn it all down because if I can't have you, nobody can. Imagine his rage when something he "created" even though he hasn't done shit for it for years but steal money from it, and was just the lucky asshole standing around when it formed nearly spontaneously, is now controlled by people who utterly spit on him.

Especially his cocksucking mod team of servile bootlickers who went from mindlessly sucking his cock no matter what he did to stabbing him in the back completely overnight. There were probably sullen rumblings of imminent rebellion for some time but they were overpowered by the sounds of opioids coursing through his veins, so it probably seemed as sudden to him as it did to us or anyone else outside.

A few reasons I think the deal won't go through

1. There's too much time for lowtax to think. He's still looking for an attorney to help him with the process. The entire thing could take weeks or months to finish. That's too much time for lowtax to flip flop and change terms of the deal. Not to mention friends and family that will be in his ear. It'll be a giant head ache.

2. Money. Lowtax knows if someone else takes ownership of SA they've got a turn key $10,000+ a month operation. There's no way he's just going to take a lump sum of 25 or 50 thousand and hand it over. He's going to want a significant piece of the monthly income from SA. Jeffrey has said he won't do a deal where lowtax isn't 100% divested from SA. Lowtax won't even want to close his zombie patreon that will get stuck at $300 a month for eternity.
