I dont care about lowtax but theres a part of me that sees this and says, "OH hes smeling her foot because he gets off on it", but with the lighting and shit, theres a part of me that thinks this is mid-kick-in-the-face.

Wasn't there something itt about megan getting a no-tax protective order this year? (what for?) I think people lose guns when those are active before even their hearing.

edit: I knew someone and he said it's pretty well self-reported thing, they ask for the guns you're supposed to hand them over, he didn't get his house searched or anything and our state has no registration (I wouldn't think MO would reg either)

To clarify how I got it, since that's a good story in and of itself:

Rich sent the recording to a bunch of mods, admins and even front page writers to try and get out ahead of Logan's claims that he abused her. It was a sad, pill head attempt at damage control/establishing the narrative and to try and make sure there wasn't a mutiny among his staff, since Logan had worked pretty closely with all of the above in her attempt to "rebrand SA". He made those he sent it to swear (under punishment of de-modding/de-admining/firing) to not share it with anyone until after he had debuted the audio on a "very famous podcast".

When the leaker in question found out that the "very famous podcast" was Dick's show rather than some woke, troon-inclusive, an-com breadtuber thing, their inner SJW kicked in and they leaked it out of spite for Lowtax thinking a "MRA podcast" was the proper venue to defend himself against abuse allegations -- you see a lot of this attitude on the SA forums, too; goons are apoplectic that he's going on Dick's show to address abuse allegations. Anyhoo, they sent it to one of their SA forum buddies, who sent it to my stealth-shitlord goon friend who sent it to me and told me to post it -- as an aside, I still have friends active on SA from my years spent posting there. Most know I'm on KF now. No one cares. Most of the "RARRR KF IS NAZIS" shit on the SA forums is 90% virtue signaling and maybe 10% true believers who really think that about us. From the (small, granted) sample size I'm aware of, most of the "KF are nazis!" types I'm aware of actually feel like we're closer in tone and humor to the "good old days" of SA, and either read KF or even post here on the down low.

Further, I have confirmation that the member of the mod/admin crew that leaked it originally is totally aware that it was going to be posted on KF and that while they also think KF sucks for reasons adjacent to why they think Dick sucks, that they knew we'd at least take it seriously and make sure it was spread everywhere to fuck Lowtax over. I guess kind of an "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" thing. The other mods/admins/writers who knew about this plan are fine with it, too. They just want Lowtax out, as he's become a pilled up albatross around their necks. They absolutely share our view that Lowtax ruined the site and squandered every opportunity he was given.

In short, and despite whatever they may post publicly to save face with the SJW horde, the SA mod/admin team absolutely knew the audio was going to be posted on the "MRA Nazi fashy transphobic racist shitlord" Kiwifarms they publicly profess to despise. They just want Lowtax out at SA once and for all. For some, this was all just politics and an easy way to get Lowtax removed; for others, the true believers, going on Dick's show to talk about his abusing a mentally ill 20 year old was the last straw. Either way, Lowtax has successfully united the SA shitlords and SA SJWs against him.

What with all this behind the scenes political maneuvering to bring about the leader's downfall, it's like some terminally retarded dead, gay, autistic Game of Thrones on the SA forums.

The docket entries are in my recent post history last few pages.
As far as what's happened with Megan's protective order, I don't know enough to decipher. It looks like she wants a change in custody agreement which would be the end goal of this. We all know the kids want nothing to do with him but he does have visitation rights so he could bluster about it in court if they're not coming over. As of now they have been appointed a guardian ad litem just as Ashli and Rich have, and court date on July 13th.

I'm surprised they did de-admin her, which is, honestly, one of the very few reasonable things the forums did since the entire mess started.
