Late (a lot happened since I last checked the thread, jfc) but the Princess Asriel account is killing me with the cringe. Lou's response to him was baffling (why is he disagreeing with someone white knighting him?) but good lord, delusional mentally ill birds of a feather truly do flock together.

The Burned Furs were a faction early on in the furry movement (1980s) who objected to the sexualisation of the fandom and the degeneracy that was going on at cons. Needless to say they completely failed to achieve any of their aims, in no small part due to acting like belligerent assholes and using many of the religious right's talking points, including a big dose of old-school homophobia. Even the sane furries are insane.

So I guess being called a Burned Fur in this day and age is a bit like being compared to Tipper Gore or Pat Buchanan.

I don't know what injustice he thinks he's fighting against. Transphobia? He's failed in that case, as he's a walking stereotype and very likely made some people have a worse opinion on transgenders. No. Wrong. This "once your donation leaves your hands you have no say or expectations in how it's spent" mindset is bullshit. Someone giving donations absolutely DOES have a right to have expectations on how it's spent, and there have even been lawsuits over supposed charities spending donated money on things other than what they said they would. If I set up a charity asking for donations for kids with TB and collect donations from people who expect that money to go to those kids, then spend their money on a Ferrari...that's fucking fraud. If Louie is asking people to donate money so he can buy food or shoes, then spends that money on furfag porn and My Little Pony toys, that's fucking fraud.

People need to just stop giving him money, even if he's saying he's starving. If he gets hungry enough and desperate for furfag porn, then eventually he will have to start earning money for himself. But as long as he has rubes and suckers he can grift from, then he will never stop.

I hesitate to even do this, but I must point out that one of the few things Lou has been consistent about since I've been observing him is his hatred of pedophilia in the furry community, even at the cost of making enemies among his fellows (I know, hard to believe, right?) So at least until someone presents me with contradictory information, I must consider this sentiment to be genuine.

I agree. I don't think Lou is a pedophile, but he's threatened to punch his nephew enough times that it's obvious that he hates the kid. And since one of the few things that makes Lou feel powerful is attacking people, I could see him screaming at or shoving the kid around. He's probably made threats to do so to his mother if they left him in Lou's care for any reason. Or for all we know they did leave him in Lou's care once and he ignored the kid because he was too busy screaming at people on the internet to pay attention to him and the kid either got hurt or got into things.

I do believe he's an abuser, but not a sexual one. At least not yet.
 
I don't think Lou's a molester (sadly enough, because I think an actual child could kick him in the nuts and he'd crumple, much like Clawshrimpy... is 'too pathetic to ever actually do anything' a thing?), but I do think he's a fucking dumbass who would open the door for a pedophile and THAT concerns me. I'm still shocked that he would admit that he wanted to punch his nephew in public. I can understand being frustrated or annoyed by a family member, but he's nearly 40 and this is a 5 year old kid. There are certain assumed boundaries and its not healthy for a man his age to have "physical violence" as his first thought when his nephew is bothering him.
