Many stories of Irish slavery were true, but stuff like "How the Irish became White" by communist professor (((Noel Ignatiev))) uses the truth as agitprop to make whites sympathetic to mass immigration from the third world.

Since their ancestors were slaves/hated immigrants but assimilated, whites of Ellis Island stock (there are a fuckload) will be made to think third-worlders who come from poverty are just like their ancestors and will achieve the same success their ancestors did. Therefore, anti-immigration sentiment is unfair, mindlessly bigoted, or even an attack on them by extension. Even though, as all evidence shows, they aren't like the Irish and don't assimilate, but egalitarian brainwashing makes it so people can't see the difference.

Britain formed the Royal Navy West Africa Squadron in 1809 to capture and disrupt slave trading in the Atlantic, while impressement was still a thing.

Imagine you a white British man go to the pub one day but encounter a naval press gang, they beat the shit out of you tie you up and drag you off to a ship. Where if you refuse to work you'll be flogged, if you're slow you'll be whipped, if you try to escape or protest you'll be hung. Eh... Local leftists I know are:

1. Medically unfit for a campaign of any length. (Imagine an ad hoc logistics network for tranny hormones that will have to be built from scratch while being reactive enough to find different source in a short period of time.)
2. Impetuous and impulsive so will not put up with the grinding bureaucracy that leftists will create. (Go look at those council's that CHAZ wanted to create and imagine running a war like that.)

4. A fair few will be black out drunk all the time and will be figuring out how to drag an alcohol still around. And dear God the drugs.

I'm not too worried about a civil war. The only thing the left has is numbers for a mob. They won't have a command structure, physical fitness, motivation or discipline to accomplish anything bigger.

In reality, indentured servitude was so much WORSE than chattel slavery that various officials had to petition the Crown to abolish indentured servitude for humanitarian reasons. Seems the owners treated IS's far worse, hoping to extract every calorie of work they could out of an IS before the lease was up, often working them to death. Chattel slaves,OTOH were a serious financial investment who could not be too grossly mistreated lest they die before they could reproduce, doubling the return with each pickaninnie they shat out on Massa's farm.

Jim Goad's The Redneck Manifesto explains the dynamic very well, with excellent verifiable historical documentation.
