Why would he say the word fraud if it was about Champions? That makes zero sense

That or chargebacks. He's fond of referring to that as fraud too. Maybe one of those large donors actually managed to successfully charge back a significant chunk of money
claim it was because he was "in a very dark place"
Here's my hot take on the tweet and how it could relate to sweaty mens.
So the person committing fraud is NotDSP. Since it's been widely bandied about that this is DSP and Nigel has been doing the Lord's work on getting him kicked out of factions. One or some of these boomer faction members has now contacted real Phil and he caught heat from them. It's so bad and bad for him because now innocent people are being affected and they all assume it's him because of da trolls. This of course affects his non existent reputation with people outside of the DSP 'tism sphere. Of course he feels super bad about this, but there's nothing he can do, and now all these innocent people are getting their life wrecked and assume it's him all because of the damn dirty trolls.
Disagree.No. You have no idea what he spent on his move and what he put on credit that qualifies as business spending, and the debt accrued from that counts as O&NE. Your speculation is pointless and meaningless. Nobody knows.
Disagree.
You would be right in saying that the interest on his cards is an O&N expense, anything else is not. The move, for example, would not necessarily be considered an O&N expense, as he did it for personal reasons less than business reasons. When he uses his card for food, either at a restaurant or at a grocery store, that's not an O&N expense, and thus would the interest would not be an O&N expense.
Given with what we know about his business, he doesn't spend that much on his business. His biggest expenses are his taxes (B&O taxes as well as half of the FICA) and the processing fees (which wouldn't go on a credit card, it'd be deducted from his revenues). Thus, if we speculate how much interest he might generate on his credit cards, it would still leave a big hole in his business expenses. His spending on WWE Champions and labeling it as an N&O expense would fill that hole nicely. And if it is the case that he's using WWE Champions as an O&N expense, then admitting that would put him in serious legal jeopardy. It would be tantamount of him admitting fraud.
No, it's not fraud and you can justify a whole bunch of shit without problems as business expense. You take a client out to lunch at a 5 star restaurant instead of McDonalds? You can still write it off even though you made a personal choice to go somewhere else. Hell, you could've picked up some Top Ramen so you shouldn't even be able to write it off at all, right? It was a personal reason you went somewhere expensive and spent money unnecessarily.
That's not how it works.
"Why are you moving your business to Washington State?"
"Better access to internet and lower operating costs, which are essential."
"Fine."
It doesn't matter if your wife also has family out there she wants to get close to, or if you like pine trees over oaks, or a cooler climate. This isn't even counting the fact that with a sole proprietorship, there is basically no distinction between the person and the company. Personal assets are company assets and vice versa. Company debt is personal debt and vice versa. He decided not to register it as an LLC, so that's his situation.
You're speculating to try and explain why he would have to lie about something in order to make up the gap in what he actually spends per month, maybe $500, vs. what he claims. I'm telling you that there is a very real possibility that he isn't lying, because he's actually allowed to claim a lot of shit as an expense that most people weren't aware of. Literally nobody else has ever talked about O&NE and what it entails, not even Mr. Rekeita.
I can understand why you think Phil is lying or skewing the numbers, but I'm just saying there exists a bunch of reasons as to why he wouldn't have to.
I'm not sure that's it because he discussed the DMCA of his Twitter profile photo/banner during yesterday's prestream. I think it's getting booted from the guild that he's talking about.
I suppose by pretending to be a faction member to get into a facebook chat would be fraud if you took the definition very loosely.
What does he even have to talk about? Alottapeepul saying that some shithead detractors daxxed some people and are making the person who is pretending to be him miserable? Seems suspicious that something has hit a nerve almost immediately after his impersonator was kicked from the faction. Are we supposed to believe that within 8 hours of the kick that DSP, who doesn't follow detractor bullshit, has a hot take on the matter? Why would he say he'd be talking about it on stream when WWE is shit he's never, ever going to discuss publicly?
