NOUN

fraud (noun) · frauds (plural noun)

1. wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

2. a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities

I suppose by pretending to be a faction member to get into a facebook chat would be fraud if you took the definition very loosely.

It's Phil for fucks sake, everything facet of his pathetic boring life is exaggerated and blown out of proportion.

Remember when you almost got him killed? YOU, YES YOU.

That or chargebacks. He's fond of referring to that as fraud too. Maybe one of those large donors actually managed to successfully charge back a significant chunk of money

I hadn't thought about that, though in thinking on it now, didn't he used to claim he won all chargebacks? I think even he knows it's not a good idea to draw all kinds of attention to a case of losing one that rivals the Tut incident.

Here's my hot take on the tweet and how it could relate to sweaty mens.

So the person committing fraud is NotDSP. Since it's been widely bandied about that this is DSP and Nigel has been doing the Lord's work on getting him kicked out of factions. One or some of these boomer faction members has now contacted real Phil and he caught heat from them. It's so bad and bad for him because now innocent people are being affected and they all assume it's him because of da trolls. This of course affects his non existent reputation with people outside of the DSP 'tism sphere. Of course he feels super bad about this, but there's nothing he can do, and now all these innocent people are getting their life wrecked and assume it's him all because of the damn dirty trolls.

The only way DSP could swing admitting to playing WWE Champions in my opinion is if he tried to garner sympathy from people about it, which as time goes on is seeming like it might be one of his only ways "out".
He'd admit to it vaguely, claim it was because he was "in a very dark place" with all this bankruptcy and foreclosure shit going on and possibly that he has a gambling problem.
It's not his fault! Nothing he could do! His depression and gambling addiction MADE him do it, dood!

The obvious issue of course is that this isn't just about WWE Champions, it's about the tractors and everything everyone says about him. After lying so much for so long about it, if he goes out and admits that it's been true all along his credibility will diminish and on paper his cash flow (though given how blind most of his fans are I'm going to Press X to Gout). I'm sure he'd try to salvage some of his piggypride by saying something to the tune of "It wasn't $140k though or whatever that INSANELY huge number mah datractors said, it was only about three or four thousand! DEBUNKED!" because it wouldn't be pignosis if he didn't ever so slightly bend the truth to make himself seem as saintly as possible.

It will be some level 80 Goutomancer pignosis, in full roach gear.

claim it was because he was "in a very dark place"

I could see that happen. He did just that with Jasper. He claimed he couldn't afford a cat, yet had Jasper all along. When he did the Jasper scam reveal stream he said himself and Katherine got Jasper because things were hard for them, or something like that.

As much as I like the thought of that being the case, I don't see it being terribly likely. Not unless they continue to receive harassment despite kicking him to the curb, and aren't aware of the fact that they're dealing with someone who is trying to hide their identity.

EDIT: As for Phil coming clean but in a way that (dishonestly) paints him as a helpless victim, no shit. When does he NOT do that?

Claiming a debilitating addiction would be something new for Phil, the worst he has ever claimed is "drinking a little more than he should" and all that was cured by becoming a mature adult. All his woes are blamed on trolls, detractors or unfaithful non asian pandas. Even if he claims the gambling is caused by outside factors, he's still be admitting to a massive personal weakness and that, Manly Serious Adult Phil cannot abide.

Nevermind that he'd have to quit. Not happening.

No. You have no idea what he spent on his move and what he put on credit that qualifies as business spending, and the debt accrued from that counts as O&NE. Your speculation is pointless and meaningless. Nobody knows.
Disagree.

You would be right in saying that the interest on his cards is an O&N expense, anything else is not. The move, for example, would not necessarily be considered an O&N expense, as he did it for personal reasons less than business reasons. When he uses his card for food, either at a restaurant or at a grocery store, that's not an O&N expense, and thus would the interest would not be an O&N expense.

Given with what we know about his business, he doesn't spend that much on his business. His biggest expenses are his taxes (B&O taxes as well as half of the FICA) and the processing fees (which wouldn't go on a credit card, it'd be deducted from his revenues). Thus, if we speculate how much interest he might generate on his credit cards, it would still leave a big hole in his business expenses. His spending on WWE Champions and labeling it as an N&O expense would fill that hole nicely. And if it is the case that he's using WWE Champions as an O&N expense, then admitting that would put him in serious legal jeopardy. It would be tantamount of him admitting fraud.

No, it's not fraud and you can justify a whole bunch of shit without problems as business expense. You take a client out to lunch at a 5 star restaurant instead of McDonalds? You can still write it off even though you made a personal choice to go somewhere else. Hell, you could've picked up some Top Ramen so you shouldn't even be able to write it off at all, right? It was a personal reason you went somewhere expensive and spent money unnecessarily.

That's not how it works.

"Why are you moving your business to Washington State?"
"Better access to internet and lower operating costs, which are essential."
"Fine."

It doesn't matter if your wife also has family out there she wants to get close to, or if you like pine trees over oaks, or a cooler climate. This isn't even counting the fact that with a sole proprietorship, there is basically no distinction between the person and the company. Personal assets are company assets and vice versa. Company debt is personal debt and vice versa. He decided not to register it as an LLC, so that's his situation.

You're speculating to try and explain why he would have to lie about something in order to make up the gap in what he actually spends per month, maybe $500, vs. what he claims. I'm telling you that there is a very real possibility that he isn't lying, because he's actually allowed to claim a lot of shit as an expense that most people weren't aware of. Literally nobody else has ever talked about O&NE and what it entails, not even Mr. Rekeita.

I can understand why you think Phil is lying or skewing the numbers, but I'm just saying there exists a bunch of reasons as to why he wouldn't have to.

lol that's the breaking point for this faggot?
Maybe he should've pulled his head out of his ass when the last half a decade happened.

Being a sole proprietorship does not give you carte blanche to claim anything and everything as a business expense.

From the IRS:
" Generally, you cannot deduct personal, living, or family expenses. However, if you have an expense for something that is used partly for business and partly for personal purposes, divide the total cost between the business and personal parts. You can deduct the business part."

So DSP could deduct the cost of moving business equipment, supplies, and inventory from CT to WA. He cannot deduct the costs of moving his personal furniture. Taking a client out to dinner is a business expense, but there is no obligation to minimize that expense by going to McDonald's as opposed to a fancy Steakhouse.

How much of DSP's $100k+ credit card debt was actually business related? Probably only a tiny fraction given what we know about his assets. So while DSP may have been spending $5k/month on credit card payments only a portion of that could be claimed as business expenses.

I'm not sure that's it because he discussed the DMCA of his Twitter profile photo/banner during yesterday's prestream. I think it's getting booted from the guild that he's talking about.

Doxing isn't any kind of fraud even under pigroach logic. DMCA fraud is actual fraud as well as perjury.

I suppose by pretending to be a faction member to get into a facebook chat would be fraud if you took the definition very loosely.

Why would he say he'd be talking about it on stream when WWE is shit he's never, ever going to discuss publicly?

What does he even have to talk about? Alottapeepul saying that some shithead detractors daxxed some people and are making the person who is pretending to be him miserable? Seems suspicious that something has hit a nerve almost immediately after his impersonator was kicked from the faction. Are we supposed to believe that within 8 hours of the kick that DSP, who doesn't follow detractor bullshit, has a hot take on the matter?

Man, over twice the score of the next person in the guild. Must be killing him to have to stoop down to cooperating with people whose wallets are so tightly closed.

BTW, do we know how good of a player Phil is ? Like, I get he's a whale and that essentially disqualifies 99% of people from really competing with him, but how well is he doing compared to his roster ? Is he exploiting it well or not ?

TheyCallMeDSP/TheGunShow84/DownFromTheRafters has joined Rattlesnakeaustin.

this mfer is applying to factions he was rejected from in the past

here's a friendly dialogue I had with his current faction's leader, from a month ago

would probably hold off on the autism for now, well that escalated quickly lol, they know DSP is trouble, the name change probably fooled them

I can't remember if I posted the convo and cba looking

edit: I looked, and I only mentioned some of the dm which warned of the autism plus DSP warning the faction of the autism if he joined

didn't initially post the full dm cause DSP was rejected before being able to join so never thought it was relevant

dms are in this order, part 1 & part 2
