I kind of prefer Babish' way of doing it, where he uses little wood chips to do it in a multi foil set up for in home barbecue.

Also I see no reason to make your own smoker when you have like five of them like Fat Jack does. I guess Tammy told him that he couldn't get a sixth one and this was his spite attempt to get around it.

It's a little disheartening that even when he suffers the consequences of his actions (strokes, dead arm, alienated family, multiple foot surgeries), he never really suffers. He is going to be a spoiled boomer faggot until he drops dead, which may be sooner rather than later.

The stroke arm is so shiny, you can see the light playing off it as it flops around. It makes me very uncomfortable, I wish Jack would wear long sleeves in his videos.

This is the first video in which I felt sorry for Jack.

Him trying to use his dead arm and knocking the thing over because his arm is just dead weight is just saaaaaadd.

This idiot doesn't realize that you have to use this product after you've cooked your meat or when it's just about finished. There's almost nothing to adhere the smoke to the meat when it's raw and what little is, is removed during cooking. Considering how many smokers he has, he should know that the flavor comes from high temp smoke penetration over time as it cooks into the meat.

I always feel some twisted pity for him whenever he forces one of his family members to partake in his videos, cooking or otherwise. Their lack of enthusiasm and feelings of detestation are so palpable, I feel secondhand embarrassment. He's a rotten dude, but I can't help it.

Yeah honestly Jack's channels should have future value for Doctors that want to scare people that get diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. You can put together a video of what happens to someone if they ignore advice and continue consuming for two. Strokes, physical handicaps, at this point he'll only avoid the inevitable amputations if he dies first.

It isn't a good idea for anyone middle aged to start a channel like Jack on the Go. Doing that while you're middle aged and diabetic is unfathomably stupid. At most he's making enough money to pay for the meals he eats on the channel.

Even if he tried he tried to eat better he would still be around endless temptation due to his wife eating just as bad, if not worse. It would be like trying to stop drinking while married to an alcoholic. Remember when she dragged him half dead to Arby's after stroke number 2?

Though I guess saying he was half dead isn't all that notable since he's still half dead. He was more like 3/4 dead in that Arby's video.

I just found out Planet fitness gives out pizza once a month. A while back I joked about Tammy having a workout playlist. That very evening Jack posted that ridiculous picture of him at Planet fitness in a wheelchair. Just went back and checked the date. Of course it was the day they give out pizza.
