Nothing about the riots/police brutality raises constitutional issues, why would they hear a case about it? Do you want all this to turn into another abortion debate, where the whole thing rides on a really poorly thought out Supreme Court decision that perpetuates the issue it tried to solve for decades longer?

I dated a black girl in 2005. They are not terrible but they do have an odor and they their cooter skin isnt smooth its rough..like bottom of feet rough...I think this might be cause of the afro pubes but not sure

honestly if these people had picked the taylor case instead of the floyd case to riot over, i'd be way more sympathetic. no knock raids are some real fucked up bullshit. sure they might be justified and necessary in some rare cases of super serious organized crime, but the overwhelming majority are NOT justified, and constitute excessive use of force in my opinion.

like, usually, in cases of police brutality there is always the reasonable "just don't resist arrest lmao" argument against the perp, but in the case of a no knock raid, even that doesn't apply. when you randomly get people busting into your apartment in the middle of the night, it is absolutely natural that you open fire on them, and it is absolutely natural that you are too overwhelmed with panic and terror to realize that they are police even if they identify themselves as such. that's why these types of operations should never be considered appropriate in petty low level crime shit like "there may be drugs in the house".

Honestly, the issue of police brutality, and overreach, and such things just seems like an absolute result of the multiethnic and multi racial society; and our inability to just be fucking honest about it.

Police end up being more violent and always guarded because they get attacked by feral blacks, they 'need' their powers because of black criminality, and they engage in focused and targeted policing because of shitty ghetto's that require it. I'm not saying that literally all crime is because of shitty black communities; but they certainly have contributed massively to criminality and as a result of government policy trying to be 'race blind' the result has been a lack of focused measures and instead broad reaching tactics that don't really help.
