One could argue that having the content behind paywall is actually beneficial for KF. At least where I live, if i pay for some content, it is considered mine, so i can use it freely. Not sure if it is the same in America.
 
I say Nulls team should insist on an In Camera Inspection of the Penis in question in order to prove that the copyright does in fact belong to the litigant. Because nothing would be funnier than forcing onision to whip out his tiny embarrassing Penis for the Judge to examine.

No to be disrespectful but no, wherever you live. Paying to see or access content is one thing, buying the content with the permission to do what you want with it is another. It all depends on what you agreed to when you paid. You can't pay to see one thing then do what you want with it. For example, if I am a professional photographer and you pay to see my photo, it doesn't mean you can start reproducing it and sell copies of it or put it on your website for free.

Also "one could argue" anything, whether the judge agrees with it, it's another matter.

Depending on the country, people might have to prove actual damages, i.e. somebody *not* going to his website because of KF. That's very hard to do and additionally, talking about it on KF increases the traffic (I suspect it's even the motive behind his "pretend" DMCA - first page on KF, people talking about it, it worked. Whether people pay because they hate him or because they admire him, he's still getting the money imho).
 
The idea that we cost him money by having some photos is crazy. Except for one person, nobody here would ever become a member of Greg’s only fans, plus normies are too scared of us to try to find the pics-so he’s not losing a penny.

Not to mention we can make a great case for analysis and commentary considering the photos caused dickwars2020.

We would have to. Proof of ownership goes to the heart of the claim. A thorough analysis of his dick would have to be obtained in discovery.
