Without talking to an individual in person, it's really hard to tell, but I think he has borderline personality disorder with histronic traits. His behavior is characterised by an intense fear of abandonment while having volatile emotions. People with HPD want attention, but their motivation isn't a fear of abandonment because they tend to be less aware of their problematic emotions and behaviors. Note that these two personality disorders tend to be comorbid.
 
My thought is that he might attract new subscribers (probably mostly adolescents) who don't know his full back history and want to see a circus. Those who have been with him for a long time know what he and Orlin are doing now is 90% an act, so *yawn*. Both of them should invest in acting classes, though.
 
a lot of the time i seriously cannot see where nikocado draws his line between authenticity and trolling. a lot of people, like trisha paytas, are quite obvious in comparison. if he didn't gain an absurd unhealthy amount of weight, stayed on his insanity grind 24/7, and didn't upload weird ass porn all the time, it might be a little easier to see if he's just being a huge troll. it leads me to believe that this is really his life.... which is craaaazy. its a different level than a lot of people talked about on here. seriously, seriously worrisome, without a single ounce of self awareness, to the point where it doesn't seem possible.... which then leads me to believe that he is just a troll. fuck nikocado for making my head hurt
have u guys seen the breakup videos he's posted? have you spent any significant time watching his videos? it's honestly brain melting just watching, I cant imagine actually BEING nick. that thought might make me vomit

finally able to comment, been lurking since the thread showed up, SO glad to see this fatass be called out on his shit. He's constantly being praised by one side and shunned by the other, and people get confused about who to listen to- since to new folk, he can sometimes come off as misunderstood.
I get his videos every day and it's fucking absurd how much he posts, every video is somehow the exact same as each other, spliced in with surreal editing and a weird storyline that can come off as a half assed attempt at an ARG.

the shit that happened with james marriott was bad and I say that because now he has a lot more support on his side from fans of james who were convinced by james that the situation was alright. I don't blame james, I guess he's probably confused by the whole mess as well.
I'm proud to say I can no longer trust anything that comes out of this idiots mouth. At least that's one thing in life I can be sure of lol.
