That's the reason we have the current detainment centers for illegals' children the left is having such conniptions over (even though they ignored them under Democrat presidents). If both parents are still together, they're not going to want to be separated. If the child is being cared for by a non-white parent, you can't leave them alone without parents. If they're being cared for by a white parent, that white parent is not going to want their kid deported. Ditto if the child is in the care of grandparents. Regardless of what you do, you're going to make mortal enemies out of all these people and their extended family and friend circles.
