Even lower doses can be literally heart-stopping for people not accustomed to fentanyl. He probably was not new to the drug, but it is a possibility. He had it combined with meth, marijuana, nicotine, and caffeine - the potentiation by that combo was perhaps significant? Strong fentanyl intoxication can be terrifying in how it slows things down, your heart can feel like it is barely even beating.

Just got caught up on what nickelodeon did with the I can't breathe black screen. My god everything I ever knew and loved it dead to me. Oh and to the idiots saying kids need to be taught this at a young age. I know there was no social media in 1992 but did they pause the broadcast premiere of ren and stimpy Doug, and rugrats just so they could show their solidarity with the LA rioters in 1992? Huh? No because they were a network for entertaining children and helping them forget their troubles and the challenges of the world.
