ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt is bashing St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner and claims "every single one of the St. Louis looters and rioters arrested were released back onto the streets." Gardner released a statement about the claim, saying "a few cases" were referred to her office, but they "need essential evidence from the police."

The St. Louis area has seen multiple nights of violent standoffs with police, looting and destroying local businesses, and buildings set on fire by. The peak came on Monday night, into early Tuesday morning which left four officer shot, one retired police captain murdered, 55 businesses damaged or looted and 25 people arrested. A total of 36 arrests were made by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on Sunday and Monday nights.

A St. Louis police spokesperson tells KMOX, "Relative to the protest arrests, all 36 individuals have been released. Two individuals were released on summonses, and the remaining charges have dispositions of 'Pending Application of Warrant' (PAW) or 'Refused' for police follow up."

Sources tell KMOX that in addition to the two cases in which summonses were issued, eight cases have been presented to the Circuit Attorney. Gardner is asking police for more evidence before deciding on charges on those suspects. Police have not yet presented the other 26 cases for prosecution.

In a tweet, Schmitt claims all "looters and rioters" who were arrested have been released and blames the circuit attorney for it. The tweet includes part of a Facebook live where dozens of gunshots can be heard as St. Louis police vehicles drive through downtown St. Louis.

Gardner's spokesperson says that what Schmitt is claiming is inaccurate and Schmitt has not been in contact with the circuit attorney's office. Here is the full statement from Gardner:

"Public safety in the city of St. Louis is critical. A few cases involving stealing from the looting incidents were referred to our office. In an effort to hold the offenders accountable, we need essential evidence from the police. These matters remain under investigation."

Schmitt tells KMOX, "There's not a single individual who was throwing rocks at police, which there are examples of, knocking out windows of a sheriff's deputy's transport van. Not a single case gets charged, everybody was released? It's shocking."

Schmitt says Gardner still has time to do the right thing. He adds he will use his office's partnership with the US Attorneys office to make sure those who committed the crimes, will be brought to justice.

Well, don't be surprised if the looters didn't learn from their arrests. The next big riot they'll be out their again and the police will still give them a slap on the wrists.

Wasn't there something reported in Breitbart and the Daily Caller that Soros and other Shitlibs were funding prosecutors whose goal is to literally not enforce the law at all to protect niggers from jail. They used the term people of color but I believe everyone on this website know what pee ooo cees they were referring to.
 
How many looters have been released in GOP ran cities?

I assume this is because the Dems control these areas and can flex their muscles to get them released.
 
See they wanna abolish the cops, but when civilians have no choice but to take up arms and defend themselves, the homeowners aren't going to "release" the bastards who try to burn their homes down
 
I told myself not to post in this thread, but fuck it. Gardner is a racist cocksucker that would legalize murdering whites if she thought she could get away with it. Her office has a shitlist of police officers whose warrant applications automatically get refused and her stable of hoodrats and hipsters that work in her office routinely let drug dealers back onto the streets because "we don't prosecute for that here". (Told to me verbatim after a felony drug arrest of a guy with a mile-long history of drug and gun convictions.)

I have literally witnessed people get executed by a felon with an illegally obtained firearm and the guy walk free the same day because "it was self defense". (To shoot a man in the head as he lay on the ground after shooting his dad in the balls and spine.) But the guy passed the paper bag test, so he gets to walk.

Of course, she gets away with it because the average person just assumes the cops aren't making arrests when they get victimized by the same scumbags again and again, rather than it being her dropping every charge she can.
 
You have to wonder how much longer this can last. Dems wanted to prolong the shut down until November, now months long rioting? Do they really think voters are going to hold Trump accountable for this?

That's just some massive antisemetic, far-right conspiracy theory. George Soros would never donate to prosecutors like Kim Foxx of the Jussie Smollett fiasco and he certainly hasn't pumped millions into her race again. There's no way that he funded Chesa Boudin, raised by Weather Underground terrorists, to become the DA of San Francisco.

Maybe you chuds should quit listening to Alex Jones. You're obviously delusional and your ranting has no basis in reality. There is no massive plan to overthrow your criminal justice and cultural institutions, my university professor told me so.
