It would definitely be harder to hit with slug than spread, but some of the shots were from 10 feet away. It's like he's trying to miss or something since he's clearly not completely unfamiliar with the weapon. After a few shots from the hip, you should have a general idea of where it's going.
 
I didn't see any posts about this, earlier today a based siegebro pushed over some crazy black woman who jumped in front of his car who refused to move before he drove away, now there's a change.org petition with 20k signatures to fire them and arrested them despite the fact he was well within his right. I don't know what that red haired girl was doing just slowly walking on a busy road not even looking around. If the street was more crowded with people this kind of driving would be reckless but as a pedestrian you can't sit your ass in the middle of a busy street and attempt to hold up individual cars.
