I've seen multiple friends of mine post links to raise bail money for those who have been arrested during these riots, I shit you not. All of these friends posting the links are white, of fucking course.

I wonder if they would be singing the same tune if this shit were happening in their communities and in their back yard ... We all know the answer to that.

I also had a friend say something to the effect of "If you're against these riots, then you don't understand, and you're taking the sides of the oppressors ... So stop being a fence sitter!" Great, awesome ... Didn't know that pointing out that radicals and criminals using this moment of injustice as an excuse to loot and showcase copius amounts of violence made me a "fence sitter." Fuck nuance, and fuck the black communities and livelihoods that are being absolutely destroyed (thus continuing this vicious cycle of oppression for Black America), am I right?

The people who wanted to demonstrate peacefully have completely had their message taken away from them, and it sucks.

Methinks my list of friends just keeps getting shorter and shorter by the minute. I don't want to be around these crazy and miserable people anymore.
 
Well folks I think this is it for me, I'm done. I'm totally checking out on society at large. I just don't give a shit anymore. People are behaving like toddlers throwing tantrums, wokescolds are defending it, and it just makes me feel completely apathetic to everything.
