The fact that Phil didn't pull up the game on his phone to debunk the accusations in front of everybody and came up with all sorts of excuses why he couldn't just shows it's all true. Whenever Phil has a chance to actually prove someone wrong, he will take it. Like with Drunken Peasants trying to make a big deal of releasing "damaging" emails related to Phil backing out of doing a show with them, Phil just went ahead and released the emails himself before they could, showing there wasn't anything damaging. Was that not wasting his time and giving them the attention they craved? Guess not, somehow that was different. For once, he actually outsmarted someone else and legitimately won an argument. He knows he can't do that with WWE Champions because it's impossible for him to manipulate what everybody would plainly see, especially now that he was caught changing his name.

It's also no surprise that Phil thinks more tips = more popular since the only metric he uses for success is money in his grubby hands. I've said it before, but Phil would much rather have 10 fans giving him $100 each than 1,000 fans giving him $1 each because to him it's the same level of success but with less hassle. His popularity in terms of actual number of fans is at the lowest it's ever been, having a few dumbass whales who spend their welfare money on him during a time when welfare money has been handed out literally by the trillions doesn't mean he's more successful or a better streamer or more engaging with his fans or whatever else he claims.

The irony of this guy who has to spend 6 days a week at a job he loathes, has to beg literal retards for money, has zero social life, zero personality and zero prospects for the future calling anybody else a loser is incredible. He could not be projecting any harder if he tried. No Phil, we didn't try to ruin your life, you did it all to yourself through your own stupidity.

If the "TheyCallMeDSP" account were to show ANY activity during Phil's stream just one fucking time over the past 6 months or so it would be evidence it's not Phil.

The fact is that account has only shown activity when Phil isn't on camera EVEN during the brief period when he is taking his mid stream break and has continued lining up perfectly to match his schedule for months on end without fail.

If that is somehow too circumstantial then just remember (as mentioned above) ... TheyCallMeDSP and Phil Burnell have the same discord account.

There is more evidence of guilt here than in the OJ trial.
 
If we give Phil enough time (and we've given him months to prove he's not the guy), he'll eventually do something to "prove" it's not him like log on while streaming or whatever. And even though it will be totally planned and not really prove anything, enough of his paypigs will buy it (hell, even in this thread some people aren't sure it's him when there's a mountain of evidence) that this will all go down the memory hole where Phil's hair is going.

Jesus, I think we might have broke him a bit here. He legitimately sounded like he was going to cry at one point. I think this is one of his few escapes and true joys in life. We have finally breached a piece of his inner sanctum that cannot be spun or ignored. He must have fought so hard to get that name change, even left the current guild so as to try and hide it, but we found him again immediately. Scopely will not issue another name change and I'm sure there's no way to make him invisible even for one of their giant whales. You could just hear the stress and strain as he realized that he has lost this battle, we will never not find him in this game, he will constantly be harassed. He tries so hard to assuage his ego with the fact that he won his bankruptcy, but what good is that if he can't have his precious sweaty muscle men.
 
He still won't say "WWE Champions" choosing instead to refer to it as "the WWE mobile game".

If you don't play the game why can't you say it's name Phil?

Edit: When did he post on his twitter about getting a rare Hulk Hogan card? This is the weirdest possible way to shift this meme around "I did spend a bunch of money on mobile games but it was like 2 years ago and it wasn't the mobile game who's name I can't even say..." Whelp, case closed, he's innocent guys.

If it weren't true then why would anything anyone said about it have any effect on your bankruptcy precedings?
He's literally admitting that if any official had done their due diligence and investigated whether this thing he's spent $40+K since April 2018 actually is related to his Twitch/YouTube business or if these MTX are personal consumer leisure purchases it would have fucked-over his bankruptcy because this is what he was lying about that pushed his 6 month income window barely into the range where he qualifies.
If it weren't true there would be nothing there for them too see or figure out if they looked.

Edit: Also, 'No' Phil, the WWE Champions account being found pre-dates your bankruptcy. It in fact pre-dates your 'Special Pre-stream where you announced your intention to file publicly and described everything that put you in debt' by almost a full week you fucking liar. It's clear you connect the two in your head because of how much you were sweating and scrambling with the bankruptcy court to cover it up.

I was around and actively posting here from start to finish for the escort saga. Weird flex I know but bear with me.

It was ludicrous back then to assume he was effectively being blackmailed by a dutch couple, Phil's responses and behaviour didn't help him out at the time starting game right away, no pre-stream acting like a kid who got caught with their hand in the cookie jar being way more mopey and apathetic than usual, not caring like he knew the end was coming.

The truth was revealed that the ludicrous assumption was actually correct.

Its ludicrous to assume now that some gay op has involved sinking $40,000 into a mobile gacha game with some autist trying to time their activity obsessively matching Phil right down to his 20 minute shit breaks. Phils responses and behavior definitely don't help him here either.

It was also crazy that his bankruptcy filings would go through without a hitch, it even surprised Nick Rekieta. An "expert witness" so to speak.

It just seems that when Phil is involved; picking the most outrageous crazy possibility is the correct one.

This isn't even close to reality. The guy was found by pure chance, a random point in time. He has nothing to do with the bankruptcy, but everything to do with his constant lies and begging over many years. The point is he blatantly lied to his paypigs, every single day and ongoing, how he needs money really fast and daily, can't afford anything and might lose his house, while taxes and bills have to get paid. He begged and whined and people got tears in their eyes, dropping hundreds and thousands of dollars. Money spent on restaurants and a mobile game.

This is the point of this topic you manipulative scum.

Would be funny if that's how he excused his expenses and got the bankruptcy, he just says he has to stream the game and there was no way in hell Nancy was going to check his 50000+ hours of content to see if that's true.

He basically admitted in his rant that 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 until Cathy moved-in he was blowing thousands playing various mobile games constantly. Guess what Phil? You were also crying poor and begging for money almost that entire time too you jackass!
