All over the country undecided white, Asian, and Hispanic voters are watching this shit go down. Watching a Democrat run city fielding a police force that strangles a dude to death on camera. Then a Democrat mayor let this happen by ordering the cops to back off. Watching stores and homes and police stations burn and hear about fire fighters getting attacked. Watching the Governor refuse to call out the Nasty Girls and when he does, it's 500 of them that probably bothered to answer the phone alert. Watching the Democrats back off and back off. Watching them fuck this up just like they fucked up the Covid response.

This truly is interesting times.

The math still holds up: The most statistically unlikely thing to happen will be the one with the highest probably of actually occurring.

The Democrats were in charge in 1967. Part of what gave Nixon the win was the feeling the Democrats had totally borked the country. Both domestically with full on race riots and internationally with Vietnam.
