I'm in Tennessee.
People always joke about walling off Memphis and Nashville from the rest of the state.

They are surrounded by a heavily armed area that has been very hard hit by job loss and closures due to covid.
Lots of of despair and suicides....people armed and with nothing to lose.
It will get ugly fast if they try going the way of Minneapolis.

It is a state with no income tax and sorely dependent on tourism and the photoshopped safe images of places like Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Memphis/Graceland and Nashville.
And as much as I have issues with governor Lee, he won't hesitate to crack down unlike the goverment in Minnesota.

Is it sadistic of me to say I'm looking forward to the night hour craziness? I don't know what else they could burn down near the 3rd precinct building but I'm sure they'll find something.
 
Twitter is unironically supporting local businesses being torn down by criminals.

How would they feel if it was THEIR livelihood down in flames?

I'm sure there's inhabited housing somewhere around there.
 
The second night better have some fancy explosions from improperly used fireworks. That would be fun to watch.
