If this goes on into the morning we will probably get an insurrection declaration. The Feds wont do anything as long as Minnesota maintains it's under control. Which it's clearly not. It's looking like Rodney King levels atm. Apparently a police station just got burned too.

No. At least not by Trump. In order for Federal forces to intervene be it FBI and ATF or the fucking Army, either Minnesota asks for it, or Congress convenes and suspends Habeus Corpus and Posse Comitatus in the affected area. Until either outcome happens Minnesota is on it's own.
