(archive) just in case...

These stupid bastards just don't know when to quit, do they? There are few things more impressively (and aggressively) dumb than a Big Corporation(tm) that has made A Colossal Mistake(tm) in choosing a course of action and then stubbornly stays the course despite immediately causing obvious and ongoing damage they could stop at any time if they'd just stop and do literally anything else.

Impressive self-pwn, though. Bravo, Sony.

I'm just gonna say I love absolutely everything about the original Uncharted cast and Amy Hennig reunion.

Especially because neither Druckmann, Baker or Bailey were invited :story:

I was retarded and posted in the old dead thread by mistake. Whoops. Opinion stays the same: If their current attempt falls flat I'd bet there's a good likelihood they might try to war-of-attrition style flood the dear leader with the same copy pasted DMCA claim, like throwing shit at a wall, eventually some is bound to stick. Wouldn't put it past them either way.

Recent playstation mag dedicated whooping eight pages to this game revealing absolutely nothing new. The really tried to come up with 53 reasons to buy it.
No mention of Abby.

And if I don't want to watch ugly dykes lez it up? What then? And the "urban reclaimation" isn't that interestening either, with how many games and other fictions have done that.
Why would I want to watch a series based on the game anyway? Experience tells me that good game-to-film examples are fucking rare.

Those are all features that most games these days have. Some of them are really exceptional. "There's no health bar!!!1" Mate, Another World codified the interfaceless action adventure back in 1991. "There's crafting!" Yeah, like every game for the past decade's not had that.

Jesus wept. This is GARME JURNALIZM these days?

I like how in the media blitz over the last few weeks and all the promotional material Abby shows up a grand total of zero times.

Everyone involved knows the character is a fucking embarrassment but no one wants to say it.
