Starship Troopers.

The 1990's Starship Troopers was Paul Verhooven literally shitting on Heinlein's work and raping the source material with his anti-militaristic worldview, but it was still an enjoyable film. It was still humorous and action packed and silly.
It was still a quotable film. Almost thirty years later its still a meme-able film.
Now this might be the exception to the rule, but you can inject lefty garbage into a film and still have it be a good film.

(The twisted irony is how much aspects of the 'fascist' Terran Federation in that film could be applied to today's left, including the constant media indoctrination, the idea that the Federation can never be wrong, only individuals in charge, the whole "Im doing my part!")

Does Doctor Strangelove count? The plot is pretty much "A conspiratard destroys the world to own the libs while other 50s white guys fuck around until it's too late" but it's still universally lauded.

It helps that there isn't some magical negro/Mary Sue who comes up with the perfect solution but is ignored, or similar blatant woke shit that probably would have been inserted if it was made today though, and you could use it as an indictment of the extremist scorched-earth mindset in general, like the Democrat governors destroying the economy to own Orange Man.

Once you open the door to allow Trump to be placed on trial for Mass Murder due to some event, what's to stop the GOP from putting Obama on trial for his handling of Swine Flu. Yeah, 12k is a lot less than 100k, but mass murder is mass murder. Hell, why not put Dubya on trial for mass murder over 9/11 and the War on Terror?

The left can't think two steps ahead to save their lives.

Dr. Strangelove was satire capitalizing on 2 wars worth of people (and brewings of a third) who experienced monumental fuckups due to a politicized chain of command, and that's not a left or right position to hold.

At this point, I believe they're being intentionally ignorant. They fully fucking know what the meme is about (at least to some degree), but pretend they don't to try and fail to be hyperbolic. Sure, some of them are just utter boomers who don't grok things, but a lot of it is willful dishonesty, hilariously exactly like the shit you'd see creationists try to pull since they've accidentally created a cult in their diseased brains.

Yeah, even my old grey haired Grandma who didn't even know that cars had fuel injection these days managed to figure out email.
