That and the way troons get these bogus procedures covered (in some cases with taxpayer funds) makes me eternally MOTI. I've had to fight with insurance over stuff as basic as therapy and some guy with a fetish can get an unnecessary MRI asap just to tell him something he already knows? Hopefully your MRIs aren't for anything horrible but even if it was just for a broken finger or something it'd be infinitely worth more than Joe Schmoe getting his rocks off at pretending he's intersex for the gender euphoria.

I could actually see this being the Big Reveal. Not that it would be anything remotely scientific in any way, shape, or form. But I can totally see some SJW hack doctor or some Big Pharma company publishing a shitty study that "proves" hormone therapy really changes your sex. Or maybe it will be a study about how fake vaginas are totally like real vaginas. Might just be me, but it seems more obvious to me that the original title was far more passive / formal & not getting the clicks she wanted - vs. the new title that feels far more likely to be clicked on to view the context of the quote.
