Have you even been paying attention to this thread? If you have you would have noticed the influx of exceptional posters that have been posting completely useless posts and double posting like mongoloids so it's not a shock things have gotten deleted or condensed. As much shit as Gator gets from Kiwis (some of it quite deserved) he can be an entertaining and charismatic character. Honestly, Ralph's holding him back because he knwos he's more charismatic than the Gunt.

I remember at the time people were telling him to leave the gunt and do his own show especially when his and Flams intervention of Ralph ended with Ralph calling Flam autistic. He should have I think he could have made it work if he put the same level of effort and prep into it as the cwc stream plus he would have been able to be paid instead of occasionally getting rent loans from Ralph who will then drunkly tell everyone how poor you are.
 
I find Gator and the stuff he talks about boring(trump, muh ethics in conservative anime wrestling, whatever) however, he could totally do something else. He manages to be cheerful and patient when working with that fat gunt @theralph, perseveres in doing so despite massive amounts of shit which he takes on the chin while flaying whatever he has back, never once losing his mind and not following through with planned action, he actually pays attention to the news instead of just zoning out to it, and he has worked, for years, at a grocery store, while doing all this stuff for the gunt, while being fat himself. And he doesn't whine about any of it, he just stoically responds to the haters. I'd hire him before I'd hire anyone else in IBS.

Tonka failed because while him and failure would let guests go at it, those two couldn't talk or entertain for shit and mostly would talk about wrestle wrestle and other boring shit.

And now its Ethans time to handle the curse of IBS, the reason why IBS works is because and I have to say this unironically, is because of diversity of subjects. When you pander to one type of subject, and that subject brings the same group of people into the stream, its fucking boring. No one wants to listen to Dame scream like an exceptional and spam his soundboards of ''GATOR HERE'', or have another stupid debate with Jim and Dick. When you have an open door to anyone to have screaming matches, it would bring it all types of people from the wood works, from people who talk about comics to wannabe politicians who are going to scream at each other and shit.

But in the end Ralph got greedy, he saw the views that he would get when the rare appearance of Jim would join the show, or when Keem would pop up for only 20 minutes. He thought to himself ''Hmm if I only have the guests who bring in the most views and donations, I would make a killing and the show would be huge!'' Now the show gets less live views than PPP.

TL;DR: The show is failing because Ralph got greedy.
