Maybe non-british people wouldn't be able to pick up on this, but Chloe is an upper middle class, privileged woman having an 'alter' of a working class male. Also- have we ever discovered why her alters all have different make up (...crazy that the first thing they all must do is go to the mirror and re-do their face), but their skills don't improve. Almost like it's all about image. From the 'draw my alters' video you would've thought that some of them would have better make up skills. Kyle’s accent is an Essex accent, has very little to do with class. Chloe is from Essex and if the original ‘Chloe’ voice is anything to go by there were small hints of this accent in her own RP voice. But I get what you’re saying, just the main reason her accents make me cringe/feel uncomfortable is that they’re all an act.

ANYWAY. More evidence that the YT DID community is breaking apart as a result of Chloe's actions, Entropy System, one of the more established and famous systems, has just announced they are leaving YouTube.

I mention it here because it is tangentially related to Chloe, but for more info/to discuss, the link to my post in the plurals thread is below, because by God we are cluttering this thread up with non-DissociaDID stuff and I don't give a shit about Fragmented Psyche.

(Yes, I contributed to this too by starting a long and tangential discussion about whether M&M was a True and Honest System. Do I wish I could undo it? Also yes.)

She certainly isn't proletarian, and whether a distinction of 'upper' or 'lower' middle class could be made is irrelevant. She is not working class - the nuance of the middle class is a tiresome debate that has no merit here.

Commentary channels that grow on the backs of drama are nothing new. From time to time, they evolve into cows - see Joy Sparkles BS or The Rewired Soul. More often than not, they sink back into obscurity once the 'drama' is over. I can see IAB falling into the latter category. She isn't remarkable enough to be funny.
