Thank you, I've been seeing these around and it is the most blatant wishful thinking comic I've ever seen. Bonus, the author seems to have made some incel-tier comics a year ago before striking troon gold:

Imo. A lot of tattoo artist who do nipple tattoos do them for real women who've gone through a terrible ordeal with breast cancer. A lot of them like to make the point that's why they do them, because women come to them desperate to look 'normal' again. It's a passion project to do them because a lot of the time the artist would rather be doing bigger pieces or artwork that's more their style but they feel for the women seeking to get it done. So it wouldn't surprise me if a FTM went to a tattoo artist who specializes in nipple tattoos and got turned down because the artist has seen women who went through hell and this shithead with a pube beard waltzes in having cut off perfectly healthy breasts because they're a real boy!

Some plastic surgeons have tattoo artist who work for them as one could lose a nipple to burn injuries or complications from breast augmentation. I’m being very generous in assuming that even a fraction of cock choppers work at a cosmetic surgery practice.

Supposedly there are tattoo artists willing to do nipple tattoos for ftms, but you are right in that a tattoo artist who does it as a passion project for women who've involuntarily lost their breasts to cancer would probably be enraged by a mentally ill troon. That said, there seem to be plenty of people happy to capitalize on troonism, for better or worse.

According to this site, tattoos are a very viable option for ftms who lose their nipple grafts, and ftm forums are rife with people who've either done it or are considering it. Did find a slightly humorous comment in a thread asking for advice:

It is sad and amusing that any critique (well deserved or not) on surgery results is always met with "that isn't very kind :(" as if people are getting these surgeries and shouldn't care about the aesthetic of the outcome. It's basically cosmetic surgery - they're spending 10k+ to lop off healthy tits! They should care that their nipples might end up looking like shriveled pepperonis:
