To a degree. Than she went 100% exceptional. The thing about troonism is that science doesn't agree with it all and the minute any one looks at it too deeply they get cut off at the knees. A while back someone ( can't remember if it was here or reddit) hit the nail on the head imo and the problem is the LBGTQ organizations. Gay rights has come a long way and most people don't really care any more. But these organizations have amassed a lot of money and prestige during the fight for equal rights. They need a reason to keep asking for donations, a reason to keep lobbying and they found it.

It happens with every movement when their demands are met. It's extremely rare to see a movement that just dissolves when they get what they want.
The Civil Rights movement did some great things, but the people who stuck with it after their original demands were met eventually evolved into the dindu culture that has been ruining the future of black kids all over America. The feminists also got a lot of good stuff done in ensuing men and women are equal before the law, but the ones that hung around after their original demands were met kept going and going and now they're making noise and grasping at straws as hard as they can to try to remain relevant. Same-sex marriage is recognized and LGBT (okay, not so much the T) people are already accepted in the only places they would care to be in: large cosmopolitan cities, particularly in the coasts.
They could try to push for reasonable awareness and educational campaigns in the Deep South and other areas where there's still a lot of gay-bashing going on. But they're not going to, since that would be hard. It would take effort. And they can't just legislate or defame the problem away like they're used to doing now. And above all: if they manage to eradicate homophobia or transphobia, their movement would have no reason to exist. So every measure they take these days is pretty much guaranteed to get people to yell at them, and that's precisely what they want.
EDIT: that's all talking about the people calling the shots, the movers and shakers in the LGBT movement. I've met people on the ground level who tried to do good and were perfectly reasonable people looking for workable solutions to real problems. But the higher you go up on the power ladder, the more it becomes less about helping people, and more about clout, politics and money. Like with everything, really.

Sometimes nipple grafts fall off, or people prefer to leave them off entirely (for whatever reason, I've seen people prefer it aesthetically for example). Even when they're "healed" they don't look great, so I don't blame them.
