I'm about at the halfway point on the stream and heard that the camera guy in the Arbery case got charged.

I've got a huge problem with that, particularly if the plausibility of a charge like that is as scant as it currently appears. Could we easily find that guy's name? Was it common knowledge? Well, it is now. And now that guy, just like the other two guys, is going to be subject to vitriol if not straight out threats for the rest of his life even if he's completely exonerated.

I think that if you get charged but then exonerated of a hate crime with massive media attention like this, you should be able to get your name changed with the record expunged (or whatever the proper term is - not on the public record), if not entered into something akin to a full-on witness protection program. Otherwise, if they don't get merked by someone who believes the media narrative, they're subject to being driven to near-insanity like Zimmerman.

And again, the sole basis for the charge is a statement he made to the police.

Why the fuck do people still think it's a good idea to talk to the police, ever? If there's even a millionth of a chance you're on the hook for anything, DO NOT TALK TO THE COPS. They are not your friends. They are not friends even if you yourself are an ex-cop. They just aren't your friends. At all. Ever.

I can kind of understand it. Something traumatic and freaky has just happened and now here's someone willing to listen to you talk about it. And he has a lot more training and experience with getting people to talk than you have training and experience just shutting the fuck up.

If something like this happens to me, I hope I'll be smart and strong enough to keep my fat mouth shut. But I'm not so sure of myself.

Have to admit, I found the last stream quite interesting, especially the second half.
Drexel, when he doesn't explain how he fucked a thousand women in one night, can display a very refreshing perspective, especially regarding feminism.
Drexel is genuinely charismatic, has interesting stories and perspectives, and has good chemistry with Nick. It's just hidden under all the MGTOW.

Whoever's in Rekieta's ear, tell him to jump on this new content STAT. I need a nice long rip-through of Russell to listen to as I get ready for work in the mornings.

Agreed. Jeez, he still "owes us" the info on Russ's early criminal behavior from, what, a half year back?

Whatever happened with that? Sriracha just drop off the map?

Fuck it, do it without Sriracha. She doesn't add enough for me to justify never talking about Russ again.

Who is she and why is she such a big deal?

I think the funniest thing about this lawsuit is that Russ doesn't realize he shows he has no case in his own filing. All the negative results from his reaction to being told no are his doing. TS had nothing to do with that. If he'd just accepted that music stars can't accept unsolicited music, he wouldn't have a thread here. I find it amusing (and very in-character for him) that he can't understand why TS accepted covers of her own songs and not his original song. He really can't detect nuance at all. Should we start a betting pool on whether or not he even serves this suit? I'd actually be slightly impressed if he manages that.
Re: Sriracha; she was Rekeita's "Greer expert" at the beginning of his involvement with Russtory.

I mean, I guess she added to the videos, but what I mostly remember unfortunately were long digressions especially at the beginning of the videos, and her repeatedly getting asked what anime she liked by some thirsty weebs in the chat. I also don't see why he can't proceed without her.

I say this as someone with zero interest in Rekeita's content other than the Greer streams, so perhaps i'm the wrong person to address this.
